Upon entering the property, one walks in to a large hall with a football table area. This then leads into a large light open plan dining and kitchen area with a separate utility room. The lounge includes a double sofa bed and is situated off the hall with living space for all to enjoy.
On the ground floor there is bedroom 6:- 1 x single bed. Bedroom 5:- 1 x double bed and 1 x double sofa bed. There is a ground floor cloakroom. A curved staircase leads you to the upstairs bedrooms. The first floor offers 4 large bedrooms with various bed configurations of which bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 each have king size beds with en-suite and there is a further deluxe family bathroom. Bedroom 3 comprises of 1 x double bed and 1 x single. Bedroom 4:- 2 x single beds.
The rear garden is accessed from the kitchen and open-plan dining area by concertina doors which leads onto a paved patio area with table and chairs for dining in those alfresco moments, with both a charcoal and a separate gas BBQ. Off road parking is accessed via a sliding electric security gate at the front of the property.
